A brand messaging framework conveys the emotion and purpose behind your brand. It explains why you were founded, along with the reason why your product/service is important and needed. 

Our brand messaging framework is a series of templates that will enable you to build out authentic brand and product messaging that resonates with your target audience and includes:

  • Positioning Statement. This internally-facing proposition statement brings together both the voice of the customer and a definition of your service into something that you ‘pin to the wall’ to remind your business why you exist. 
  • Value Proposition. A concise explanation of the benefits your product or service provides to customers.
  • Brand Messaging. A framework to personalize your value proposition for each distinct buyer persona
  • Brand Hierarchy. Bringing together your tagline (big idea), value proposition (what supports your big idea), and brand messaging pillars (the stories you tell to support your value prop and tagline)
